But since my surface pro 4 updated its Win 10 a few days ago it has been crashing on startup with. I reinstalled it and started it holding down the shift key which takes out user preference? Hi, I've been using Corel Painter on my surface pro 4 for a while without any major problems, But since my surface pro 4 updated its Win 10 a few days ago it has been crashing on startup with the helpful message.

I reinstalled Painter - same message. I repaired it - same message. The only other thing I had changed on my computer was installing wintab from the microsoft site. That is now uninstalled. They pointed me towards a Wacom! This thread is locked. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread.
